The IMA Horticultural Society is governed by a board of directors, with input and guidance from committee chairs and representatives of the IMA Division of Horticulture.

The board meets the first Tuesday of each month (except January and July) at 3:30 PM at Newfield.

Members who wish to bring business before the board are welcome to attend.

Board of Directors  President, vice president, secretary, treasurer, and six directors.

Standing Committees  Hospitality, library, program, membership, travel, publicity, volunteer coordination, board development.

Representatives  Grounds Committee, Greenhouse, Gardens and Grounds, IMA Concerns (Director of Oldfields and Gardens & Grounds).
